Please let me know how PP determinates time zone of meeting participants.
I am organizing a meeting and have a complain of participants getting wrong time in the invitation.

Hi Radek,
Thanks for your question. The time zone is taken from the setting on your computer (operating system) when you log in from our home page http://www.projectplace.com. If you travel and log in via a link, the activity report, a mail etc. you could end up with the wrong time zone setting. Just log in from our home page to set the time zone straight again. Make sure it's set correctly in your operating system aswell.
When it comes to meetings with participants in different time zones, my personal experience is that it makes life easier to specify in the description the time and time zone of the meeting. This to avoid misunderstandings.
