I would check the access rights for the folder first of all. Are there any group that do NOT have access to the folder and is this person in any of those groups?

If the access rights are all correct I would then check that there is not a problem caused by the temporary internet files on this person's computer. Try emptying them like this:

INTERNET EXPLORER

• Click 'Tools' from Internet Explorer menu.
• Select 'Internet Options'.
• Under 'Browsing history', select 'Delete'.
• Next to 'Temporary Internet Files' select 'Delete'.
• Once this has finished, click 'Ok'.
• Close Internet Explorer and open up a new instance.
• The problem should now be resolved.

MOZILLA FIREFOX

• Click ‘Tools’ from the Firefox browser menu.
• Click ‘Clear private data’
• Ensure that ‘cache’ is checked.
• Click ‘clear private data now’.
• Close Firefox and open up a new instance.
• The problem should now be resolved.
