Portfolio reports?

At this moment we have a projectportfolio which contains multiple projects. I can't see at the enterprise editions if it's possible to have a monthly/weekly report per resource per project of the planned hours. And a monthly/weekly report per resource per portfolio (all the projects) of the planned hours.

Hi Ferry,

Thanks for your question. You can (in the project) have a report of the time reported per resource for any specific time period. In the portfolio you get the resource tab under each portfolio where you can see how many hours each resource is planned for the project. You can expand this to see when the tasks are planned in.

Thanks for your reply Karolina, but we don't currently use the portfolio function in Projectplace. So we need to start using that to get this view Ferry. I am a collegue of Ferry. ;)

Thanks for the quick answer, Karolina! It's one of the things we appreciate Projectplace for!

My colleague has shown me the reports from the portfolio-addition. And yes, it shows the planned hours versus the registrated hours which is what we need. All we need to do now, is purchase that addition ;-)
