Thanks for your question. May I ask what method you use to upload and download (e.g. drag and drop, upload button in office, upload button in Projectplace, powertab, document manager etc.)

Also which operating system and web browser do you use on the computer that is uploading and the one that is downloading.

Could you also please tell me if your files contain any special characters other than a-z 0-9.

Do you have problems with all files or only some?
