Answered question

If I want to have an online meeting, can I attach a link or session number with the meeting request?

Today is Wednesday, for my online meeting on Friday, can I add a link or something so that the participants can join the meeting or do I have to send out the session number after I have started the meeting?

No, It´s not possible to send out information regarding the session number for the meeting in advance.
You have to send out the session number after starting the meeting.
If you want to you can give the participants instructions to go to our website http://www.projectplace.com and run the file in advance by clicking on the link "Join Online Meeting" and then just add the session number once you have started the meeting.

This is actually a showstopper. Most of the meetings have to be planned in advance. People connect from different places (typically they leave their desk and go to meeting room from which they can start the conference call meeting). They do not necessarily have direct access to their emails right before the meeting.
In the Netviewer one2meet original version, you can receive the session ID beforehand. So I do not understand why this functionality does not exist in the ProjectPlace version.

Hi Maxime,

I have checked the new version of Netviewer that we hope to implement later this year, but the possibility to schedule online meetings in not in that one either as far as I can see. I can recommend using the sms function in Projectplace to send out the session number if your participants do not have access to their email.

Best regards,
Karolina
