How to change the head administrator

the Head administrator has left the project. How Can I change the head admin to a different user?

Replacing the Head Administrator of a project without their permission (i.e. if they have left the company) is possible - via invoice.

You must obtain a copy of the most recent invoice from us and add some instructions:
Please state "Change the Head Administrator of project xxxxxxx from xxxxx xxxxx (include email address) to xxxxx xxxxx (include email address)".

The new Head Administrator must have a Projectplace user account and must be an administrator in the project in order for us to implement this change. This invoice document must also be signed with full name and contact information, then faxed to our head office in Stockholm on +46 8 586 302 01. Alternatively a scanned document via email is acceptable (support@projectplace.com).

Once we have validated that this is in line with our security policy the change will be made. You will subsequently be notified.

N.B An Administrator in the project can retrieve the invoices via Project Overview --> Administration --> Payment History (a little icon next to "Terminate Project")
N.B The previous Head Administrator will then be defaulted to a 'normal' project administrator.
