Thanks for your question.

In order to successfully instal the Projectplace Plug-in on a computer you need to be logged in as local administrator.

If you are and the problem persists check if there is an older version of Projectplace Plug-in installed on the computer. Please uninstall the old version and reboot before attempting to instal again.
