When inviting persons into my project, I sometimes want them to have limited access to parts of project. I usually do this by making a group, and then go through documents and folders and modify accession. This takes some time. Then I thought I could deny access of documents and folders when making the group, and simply modify accession for a few current folders. This was not possible. Is there a simple way, or do I still have to one and one folder?

Hopefully this should give you some tips. Also remember that you can put shortcuts (links) straight to underluing folders at the top level of documents to make access management easier.
