When I get a document for review, I would like to do the review using "track changes" functionallity in Word, but I only get to write comments. Then I have to do a "save as" and send the doc separately.

Thanks for your question. I think you need an add on for document management to help making this process easier. You can find add ons for all platforms here: http://www.projectplace.com/Features/Projectplace-Plug-in/
