After some further investigation on this matter, I've found that if you have your monitors set up "top oriented", rather than "side by side", this can cause the tab (genväger), to move to the "top" screen when you minimize the PowerTab.
It has been reported before as a feature-fix in Ideas, which you can vote for here:

I hope this at least explains the behaviour of the PowerTab on your monitors.

Are you using a specific software to handle your dual monitors? (Like ultramon).
Also I'd like for you to try and drag the tab (genvägar), to your main monitor, if possible.
Usually the software that handles dual monitors remembers the window settings from "last view".
