Thanks for your question.It could be either a setting in your browser:
This happens if the internet connection isn't working at all or some configurations in the webbrowser.
This configuration can be found in Tools - Preferences - Connections - LAN-Settings. The option is called "Automatically detect settings". This must be unticked.
or you could need to set up the firewall to allow Netviewer:
Port: 443 HTTPS (obligatory), 2000 and/or 443 TCP (optional) and 80 HTTP (optional)
Type: outgoing connections
If it's possible in your network environment you can set wildcards or an IP-Range:
For example: *.netviewer.com
89.202.110.0 - 89.202.110.63
188.66.40.0- 188.66.42.255
If you have a networking department they should be able to help you out with the firewall settings.
